Privacy

We collect the details you enter at signup: team name, player names, a captain phone number, an email address for magic-link sign-in, and headshots you upload. We also store the donation references you supply so we can verify your entry.

Player names and headshots appear publicly on the site — on the league table, fixtures, team pages and share graphics. Consent is given explicitly at signup, and never on someone else's behalf without their say-so.

Phone numbers, donation references and any donation-proof screenshots are visible only to you and the admin. Row-level security enforces this in the database.

Data is kept for the duration of the season and up to twelve months afterwards so we can publish records and respond to disputes. To remove a headshot or leave the league, email the admin and we will replace your photo with the silhouette without breaking anything.
