The Darwin Cup raises money for two personal JustGiving pages belonging to people close to the club. Each pair splits £40 across both, one partner takes Bliss, the other takes Bone Cancer Research Trust. Decide between yourselves who does which. We never handle the money, we verify the reference on their page.

How to donate, read this before you pay

1.Decide in your pair who takes which charity. One of you goes to Tom's page (Bliss), the other to Jess's page (Bone Cancer Research Trust).

3.Leave your real name (not anonymous) and add the codePADELin the donation message so we can cross-check it.
4.Submit both names on the entry form and we'll match you to your donations and enter you in the draw.

Turning 30, Jess set herself three of the biggest physical challenges she could imagine: the London Marathon, a 33km channel-distance pool swim, and a full-distance Ironman in Italy. All in memory of her dad Rich, lost to bone cancer, channelling grief into purpose for everyone the disease still touches.

Tom is running the London Marathon for Bliss, in recognition of their lifesaving research into the care and support of babies and families born prematurely. On 10 February his son Arthur was born via emergency c-section at 26 weeks — 2lb 1oz, roughly a bag of sugar — after an ambulance transfer from Telford to Swansea's intensive care.
